Refunds are applicable only if determined that the item was not damaged while in your possession, or is not different from what was shipped to you. Precious jewellery items need to be returned in the tamper free packaging that is provided in the delivery parcel. All PC components, listed as Components under “Computers & Accessories” that are labeled as not returnable on the product detail page are not eligible for returns.
